All-in-One Bowl Oatmeal Spice Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup butter,very soft or melted
- 1 cup water (I've used orange juice or diet 7-Up sometimes with great results)
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons molasses
How to Make

Step 1: Measure all cake ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Blend 1/2 minute on low speed, and then for 3 minutes on high.

Step 2: Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool cake. Spread your desired frosting on top.
