Step 1: Put tomato slices overlapping on a low sided glass dish
Step 2: Put marinade ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake to blend, save a few bits of green onion for garnishing.
Step 3: Pour marinade evenly over tomatoes; sprinkle saved green onion bits over and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour befor serving.
