Step 1: Place chicken breasts in a zip lock bag and pound out till thickness is even throughout. Heat olive oil in skillet on medium heat.
Step 2: Mix spices and sprinkle on chicken breasts (or thighs) and brown in skillet on each side.
Step 3: In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients and when you turn the chicken over to brown on second side, pour sauce mixture over it. Let simmer on med/low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn chicken once in the sauce. Allow sauce to reduce down to about 1/2. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve hot.
