Step 1: Melt the butter in a pan, add all the ingredients, except eggs, and stir fry for about 8 minutes over medium heat, then continue cooking for about another 5 minutes and serve or after about 8 minutes.
Step 2: If you wish to add an egg go on to step 2.
Step 3: If using eggs, crack the 4 eggs carefully over the hash, be careful they don't break, cover and cook until the eggs are done to your liking (about 5 minutes).
