Ingredients
- 1 cup white rice flour
- 1/2 cup sorghum flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teasoonp stevia powder (concentrate, no fillers)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup milk substitute (rice, almond, coconut etc)
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 2 teaspoons GF vanilla
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour an 8x8-inch cake pan.

Step 2: Mix together dry ingredients and stir to combine.

Step 3: Add liquid ingredients and stir until well mixed.

Step 4: Bake for 30 minutes or until cake tests done with a toothpick. (Bake 20-25 minutes for cupcakes)
