Step 1: Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add green beans; season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes, tossing while cooking.
Step 2: Add water; cover and cook for 2 more minutes. Uncover and cook for 30 to 45 seconds to evaporate the water.
Step 3: Add butter, garlic and thyme to skillet; cook for 2 minutes. Toss with parsley and lemon juice; serve immediately.
