Step 1: Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion; cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Add sugar; cook an additional 20 minutes, or until tender and golden brown. Add olives, season with salt and pepper
Step 2: Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Toss in the cooked pasta to onion mixture. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
