Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 5 teaspoons brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How to Make

Step 1: Mix all ingredients together in a large re-sealable plastic bag.
