Step 1: In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, milk and 2/3 cup of sugar. Puree until smooth. Taste, and blend in more sugar if desired.
Step 2: Pour mixture into your ice cream maker.
Step 3: Freeze yogurt mixture according to the ice cream maker's directions. If adding in chocolate chips, about 5 minutes before frozen yogurt is finished churning add in mini chocolate chips. Serve frozen yogurt immediately, or transfer to a freezer-safe container and store, tightly-covered.
