Step 1: In a large bowl, beat the dry pudding mixes, milk and coconut extract on low speed until combined. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and coconut.
Step 2: Pour into the crust. Sprinkle with toasted coconut. Chill until ready to serve. Refrigerate leftovers. it's easy to make and good!
