Step 1: In large frying pan, cook chopped onion and bacon in oil.
Step 2: Thinly slice cabbage and cut slices in half.
Step 3: Add to onion mixture and fry over medium - low heat until cabbage is soft; stirring often.
Step 4: Add tomatoes, sour cream, dill, salt & pepper,and minced garlic.
Step 5: Simmer for 15 minutes and adjust seasoning if necessary.
