Step 1: Spray a casserole dish lightly with olive oil non-stick spray.
Step 2: Place tilapia filets in a casserole dish.
Step 3: Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Step 4: Rub the pesto sauce over the filets with the back of a spoon.
Step 5: Cook uncovered, in a preheated 375 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness of filets, until fish flakes apart.
Step 6: Serve with your favorite side.
