Step 1: Shred turkey meat into 1-2 inch pieces And set asside.
Step 2: In skillet warm up gravy until hot on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Step 3: Add turkey to gravy and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 4: Toast bread to desired doneness.
Step 5: Place one piece of toast on four plates, divide the turkey gravy mixture in to four portions and place one portion on each piece of toast.
Step 6: Serve with mashed potatoes, stuffing or French fries.
Step 7: Divide cranberry sauce in quarters and place a piece on each plate.
