2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen spinach, thawed and drained (I squeeze out any water with my hands)
1 (8 oounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup imitation bacon bits (or real cooked bacon, diced)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 1/4 cups shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
Salt and ground pepper
How to Make
Step 1:
Mix all in a bowl. Transfer to a greased casserole dish, sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan on top. Bake at 350°F (preheated oven) for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
