- 6 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoons ground allspice
- 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons grated orange peel (dried orange peel)
- 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
