Step 1: In a HEAVY 5-quart pot combine all ingredients; bring to a boil over medium heat stirring (watch this boils up very high).
Step 2: Reduce heat to low and continue cooking for about 1 hour or more or until thick and creamy stirring frequently (the pudding will thicken more after you remove it from the heat and allow to stand).
