Step 1: Combine the two boxes of cake mix in a gallon zip top bag and stir to mix them. Store extra mix in the bag for 3 months.
Step 2: In a microwave safe mug or cup, mix 3 tablespoons of cake mix with 2 tablespoons of water. No need to spray/grease the cup. If you do it won't rise properly. Remember, this is part angel food cake.
Step 3: Microwave on high for one minute and let it rest for 10-15 seconds.
Step 4: Eat it plain or top it with whipped cream, fruit, chocolate chips to melt, or room temperature preserves.
