Step 1: Dice bell pepper, onion and garlic clove. Brown ground chuck with these vegetables in a dutch oven. Drain grease.
Step 2: Meanwhile, chop the rest of veggies.
Step 3: Add all ingredients including the browned ground beef and veggies to the dutch oven. Simmer until veggies are tender crisp. (about 30 minutes).
Step 4: I add louisiana hot sauce to my bowl. Serve and enjoy!
