Step 1: Combine oils, honey, lime juice and soy sauce. Thoroughly whisk and set aside.
Step 2: Toss spinach, pineapple chunks, and almonds in salad bowl. Add dressing and toss again to coat. Garnish with additional almonds (or as I did, fresh chives, the first this year from my herb garden!)
