Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups room temperature water
- 2 1/4 cups white bread flour
- 1 cup whole wheat bread flour (I use Robin Hood Multigrain bread flour)
- 1 cup rye flour
- 2 tablespoons cornmeal
- 3 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
- 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons soft butter
- 3 tablespoons dryed onion flakes, coarsely
- 2 tablespoons caraway seed
- 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
How to Make

Step 1: Place all ingredients into baking pan (do not allow the yeast to touch the water or salt).
