Peanut Butter, Cinnamon-Oat Bread (For Zojirushi Bread Maker)

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
- 2 1/4 cups whole wheat bread flour (I use Robin Hood Multigrain bread flour)
- 2 cup white bread flour
- 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
- 1/2 cup thick rolled oats (uncooked)
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats (uncooked)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons honey or sugar
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
How to Make

Step 1: Add all ingredients into the bread pan (water on bottom) --- do not allow the salt to touch the yeast.

Step 2: Set to Basic. Dark Crust. You may need to adjust the water or flour as needed.
