Step 1: Place the ingredients in the bread maker pan (water on the bottom) do not allow the salt to touch the yeast.
Step 2: Set to Basic. Medium crust cycle.
Step 3: What is vital wheat gluten--- Even bread flour doesn't have enough gluten to make yeast bread light and fluffy, this is not flour it's 75% wheat protein powder which enhances the taste and color in bakery products. --- It improves nutritional value and extends shelf life. I buy mine in the health food stores although it may be purchased on Amazon.com
