Step 1: Spray an oven proof dish lightly with vegetable oil and place the onions slices in it
Step 2: Place the fish on top,
Step 3: Top with mushrooms, peppers, tomato and parsley
Step 4: Mix together the wine, lemon juice, dill weed. pour over the fish
Step 5: Bake uncovered in a 375 oven for about 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily Serve with a lemon wedge
