Step 1: Place the prepared okra in a bowl sprinkle with salt, pour in the ice cold water and place in refrigerater for at least an hour
Step 2: Drain well, place in a zip lock bag
Step 3: Mix crumbs and potato flakes, pour into the zip lock bag with the okra, shake well
Step 4: Spray a skillet with vegetable oil add okra and fry over medium heat until golden. Season with pepper
