Step 1: Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, cut and rinse broccoli. Place in colander. When the pasta is cooked, drain the pasta over the broccoli to slightly blanch it. Rinse pasta and broccoli under cold running water to stop cooking and retain the broccoli's bright green color.
Step 2: Mix in all other ingredients and thoroughly combine. Best if chilled overnight, stirring occasionally and adding more dressing if needed.
