Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 375f
Step 2: Place the cleaned mushroom caps in an oven proof dish, inside of cap facing up ready to be stuffed
Step 3: Mix remaining ingredients (except cheese) together and distribute between the two caps
Step 4: Top with cheese and bake for about 20 minutes or until the tops are golden and they are heated through
