Step 1: Drain, rinse, and mash beans well or put in food processor if you have one for a few seconds to grind.
Step 2: Add the rest of ingredients and mix well; put one-third in each pita pocket.
Step 3: NOTE: Any of the ingredients from the onion flakes and following may be reduced or increased according to your taste.
