Step 1: In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, basil and chili powder.
Step 2: Gradually mix in 2 tablespoons olive oil, mix well until syrupy.
Step 3: Rinse and pat dry tenderloins; heat remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 4: Spread brown sugar mixture over the tenderloins and place them in the skillet.
Step 5: Cook for about 40 minutes or until just barely pink in the center, turning about every 8-10 minutes.
