Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F
Step 2: Remove tops and seed of peppers (reserve pepper-tops). Cook in boiling water for about 4-5 minutes; drain.
Step 3: Brown meat mixture in skillet.
Step 4: Add 10 ounces of marinara sauce with ground meat and rice; mix well.
Step 5: Spoon mixture into peppers. Top with pepper-tops.
Step 6: Smear butter onto bottom and sides of square baking dish.
Step 7: Add peppers with tops to baking dish and bake for 30-minutes.
Step 8: Heat remaining marinara sauce to serve over peppers.
