Step 1: In a saucepan over medium high heat add all the ingredients (tomatillos - salt) and bring to a simmer; cook, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking until mixture thickens (15 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 3: Pour jam into glass jar and seal and then refrigerate.
