Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 3/4 cup oats, quick
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Sauce
- 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
- 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced, undrained (1 can)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Pam spray cookie sheet.

Step 3: Mix meatloaf ingredients all together.

Step 4: Season to taste; instead of ketchup can use Heinz chili sauce.

Step 5: Divide equally in 6 loaves, pat to round.

Step 6: Place on baking sheet can use casserole dish if you prefer.

Step 7: Just watch the grease on cookie sheet.

Step 8: Bake for 30 minutes.

Step 9: They said 20 minutes but we prefer a more well done meatloaf.

Step 10: While it's baking, mix sauce ingredients.

Step 11: Using mushroom juice to rinse out cans.

Step 12: Season to taste, DON'T boil.

Step 13: Simmer while meat is cooking.

Step 14: Don't burn.
