Step 1: In a skillet heat butter and add onions and peppers.
Step 2: Cook until translucent and season lightly.
Step 3: Add curry powder and stir in rice until rice is browned lightly, season to taste.
Step 4: Add chicken broth and raisins, mix and bring to a boil.
Step 5: Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
Step 6: Remove from heat and let set covered for 5 minutes.
Step 7: Toss lightly and serve.
