Brown Sugar Fluffy Frosting

Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/16 teaspoon salt (a dash!)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How to Make

Step 1: Combine all ingredients except vanilla in top of a double boiler.

Step 2: Add water to the bottom half of the boiler and bring to a boil.

Step 3: Beat the frosting ingredients for one minute.

Step 4: Place over the boiling water and beat until the mixture forms peaks, about 7 minutes.

Step 5: Remove from heat. Beat in the vanilla, and continue beating until the frosting is of spreading consistency and cooled.
