Step 1: Place the kohlrabi into a large bowl with the onions and herbs.
Step 2: Measure the vinegar into a cup, then add the honey and stir to dissolve.
Step 3: Toss the salad with the honey vinegar mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Serve at once or chill in the refrigerator.
