Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Step 2: In a baking dish combine the vegetables (asparagus - scallions); toss. Add the next 3 ingredients (-pepper); toss until vegetables are covered with the oil and then spread vegetables into as then a layer as possible .
Step 3: Roast in oven, stirring once for 20 minutes.
Step 4: Before serving sprinkle with the thyme leaves.
