Ingredients
- 1 butter lettuce (head)
- 1 leaf lettuce (head)
- Dressing
- 1/4 cup dill, fresh, minced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How to Make

Step 1: Shred lettuces.

Step 2: Dressing: combine all ingredients in a tightly lidded container.

Step 3: Secure the lid and lightly shake the ingredients just to combine.

Step 4: Don't over shake or else you could make it too frothy and could start making whipped cream.

Step 5: Pour enough of the dressing over the lettuces to coat just before serving.

Step 6: Season to taste.
