Step 1: On an microwave safe plate, place bacon slices between 2 pieces of paper towels. Microwave for approximately 5 minutes or until bacon is crispy; cool slightly then crumble bacon.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, mix the broccoli, cashews, raisins, onions, and bacon.
Step 3: In a small bowl, mix the dressing ingredients with a whisk until smooth.
Step 4: Mix the dressing with the broccoli mixture. Chill about 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve.
