- Salad
- 16 ounces beets, diced (1 can)
- 2 apples, peeled, diced
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- Dressing
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup beet juice
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 2 teaspoons horseradish sauce
