Ingredients
- 24 ounces beef steak, cooked, diced
- 4 ounces ham, diced
- 1 cup beets, cooked, diced, peeled
- 15 ounces potatoes, cubed, drained (1 can)
- 15 ounces kidney beans, drained (1 can)
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cucumber, peeled, diced
- 4 eggs, hard boiled, sliced
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, diced
- 2 tablespoons green olives, stuffed, sliced
- Dressing
- 1/2 cup French dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon German mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How to Make
