Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar and fig jam. Season with salt and pepepr.
Step 2: Slice ciabatta rolls in half. Lay bread cut-side up on a cutting board. Working with the top of each ciabatta roll, scoop out the inside of the bread to make room for the filling. Drizzle both cut sides of bread with balsamic-fig vinaigrette.
Step 3: Slice the Brie and finely chop the olives. Spoon olives on the bottom half of ciabatta. Layer the sliced red peppers, turkey, arugula, basil (if using), and Brie.
Step 4: Drizzle with remaining vinaigrette. Place the top half of ciabatta and gently push down sandwich. Cut sandwiches in half to serve.
