Ingredients
- 2 cups white cream sauce
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 cups tomatoes, peeled, seeded, cut into small pieces (4 medium-sized)
- 4 eggs, hard boiled cut in quarters
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts, sliced
- 12 ounces tuna, undrained (1 can)
- 6 ounces English muffins
- 3 tablespoons butter
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°F.

Step 2: Heat cream sauce and add mayonnaise and chili sauce, blend thoroughly.

Step 3: Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Add tomatoes and water chestnuts.

Step 5: Fold in tuna.

Step 6: Gently fold in eggs.

Step 7: Pour into a greased pam sprayed 2 quart casserole.

Step 8: Cover, bake for 30 minutes.

Step 9: Uncover and bake 5 minutes more.

Step 10: Meanwhile toast and butter muffins.

Step 11: Serve on toasted split English muffins.
