Step 1: Heat up a pan with the butter over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and cook slowly until golden. Turn of the heat, add the lemon zest and stir, allowing it to cook with the residual heat.
Step 2: In a big pan, saute the garlic and chili in olive oil. Be careful not to burn the garlic. Then add the spinach and cook until wilted. season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Divide spinach on plates, drizzle with olive oil, top with the breadcrumbs and enjoy.
