Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 350f
Step 2: In an oven proof dish large enough to accomodate the olives in a single layer, pour in the olives
Step 3: Spread the garlic and lemon slices among the olives, drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle on the fennel seeds.
Step 4: Place in the oven, bake for 45 minutes, stir the olives several times while they are baking
Step 5: Refrigerate after bking and serve cold or at room temperature.
