Ingredients
- 16 ounces chicken breast, boneless, skinless, chopped (2 cups)
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 cups red cabbage, shredded
How to Make

Step 1: The picture had a light mayonnaise dressing of cabbage in a bowl and rest of ingredients combined on top of cabbage.

Step 2: Season to taste.

Step 3: They suggested using more mayonnaise of course.
