Step 1: Mix together the mustard, lemon juice, orange juice, garlic, basil and vermouth.
Step 2: Heat the oil in a large skillet, medium heat, pour in the sauce.
Step 3: Have it bubbling, add prawns, cook for about 5 minutes or until the prawns are pink. Do not over cook the prawns or they will be tough.
