Step 1: Cook lima beans in microwave for 2 minutes.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine corn, beans, cheese, radishes, tomatoes, celery and onion.
Step 3: Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over vegetables and toss to coat.
Step 4: Season to taste.
Step 5: Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
