Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2: Whisk light cream with soup, rinsing out can with milk.
Step 3: Peel eggs, divide white and yolk then coarsely chop whites.
Step 4: Chop yolks.
Step 5: Chop cooked ham into 1/4-1/2 inch cubes.
Step 6: In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter and sauté crumbs, stirring until coated, for 3-4 minutes.
Step 7: In a buttered casserole or shallow baking dish, sprinkle egg whites then ham then yolks in alternating layers, sprinkling each layer with buttered crumbs and sauce until the dish is full, with a final layer of crumbs on top.
Step 8: Sprinkle with a pinch of parsley and paprika for a nice top color.
Step 9: Place casserole in hot oven, reduce heat to 350°F and bake for 25 minutes.
