Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 jiggers brandy
- 4 cups milk
- Topping
- 4 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
How to Make

Step 1: It just said to beat the egg yolks and milk which was more like 1/2 and 1/2, I think.

Step 2: No sugar, but I think you whisked this over double boiler.

Step 3: Add vanilla and brandy after thickened, and then floated the egg whites on top sprinkled with cinnamon on top.
