Step 1: Cook soup ingredients for 2 hours until tender.
Step 2: Add veggies and cook until tender about 1 hour.
Step 3: Meanwhile, in double boiler whisk milk, flour and egg together cooking until thickened.
Step 4: Temper in sour cream.
Step 5: Then temper in soup and add white sauce to soup.
Step 6: Season to taste.
Step 7: Add dill.
