Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dark rum
- Garnish
- 1 lime, wedged
- 2 leaves bibb lettuce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 ounces brown bread
How to Make

Step 1: Place lettuce on plate and center peeled avocado on top.

Step 2: Sprinkle with sugar in center and add rum to sugar.

Step 3: Squirt lime juice from lime wedges on avocado.

Step 4: Serve with fingers of buttered brown bread on side
